General

  • M-shaped, with peninsula island coming from the back.
  • Other option is one-room, still M-shaped, but with separate islands. Space for padded bench in front of island.
  • If possible, sections should be 30″ wide. (I’ve experienced 24″ and it’s too small.)
  • Sections should be 24″ deep, except for shoe storage.
  • Solid, adjustable shelving.
  • White or light laminate wood, probably no doors.
  • 3 hanging levels, if possible. Drop down bars on top level for access. (I seem to hang more items than some.)

  • 30” door through to the main laundry room. (Door could have hooks or mirror on it for added utility.) Or pocket door with lock?
